Yes! Every product is designed, handcrafted, and packaged by Dark Horse Arena Dust Co LLC with quality and attention to detail.
Where are you located?
We are proudly located in WATFORD CITY, North Dakota, and ship worldwide.
Local pickup is also available by appointment.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes!
We love creating products. If you have an idea, please contact us before orderings we can discuss the details.
How long does it take to make my order?
*Ready-to-ship items: 1-3 business days
*Handmade and custom orders: 13-15 business days
Some products, such as epoxy tumblers, require additional curing time before shipping.
Shipping Questions
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide using USPS, UPS, and FedEX
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or VAT required by their country.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes!
Orders of $150 or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping
Can I pick my order up?
Yes!
Local pickup is available by appointment in Watford City, North Dakota.
You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Freshie Questions
How long do freshies last?
Freshies typically last 4-8 weeks, depending on the fragrance, weather, heat, airflow, and where they're displayed.
Where should I hang my freshie?
Freshies are designed to hang from a rear view mirror or in another well ventilated area.
Avoid placing them directly on dashboard, plastics, leather, painted surfaces, or other finished surfaces, as fragrance oils may cause damage.
Are freshies safe around children and pets?
Freshies are not toys and should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
Do not allow fragrance oils to come in contact with skin, eyes, furniture, or vehicle interiors.
Tumbler Questions
Are your tumblers dishwasher safe?
No.
To extend the life of your tumbler, we recommend hand washing only,
Do Not soak, place in dishwasher, or microwave your tumbler.
Do you make custom tumblers?
Yes!
We love creating custom tumblers. If you have a design in mind, contact us and we'll work with you to create something unique.
Why does my epoxy tumbler take longer to ship?
Epoxy tumblers require multiple coats of epoxy and a curing period of 5-7 days before they can be safely shipped. This ensures your tumbler arrives with a durable, long-lasting finish.
Apparel Questions
How Should I wash my apparel?
For the longest life of your garment:
*Wash inside out in cold water
*Use mild detergent
*Do Not Use bleach
*Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry
*Do not iron directly over the design
Do your shirts fit true to size?
Most of our apparel has a unisex fit and runs true to size.
If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
Jewelry Questions
How should I care for my jewelry?
To help your jewelry last longer:
*Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising.
*Avoid perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
*Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Many of our pieces are made with hypoallergenic materials whenever possible. Please read each product description for specific material information.
Custom Order Questions
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Changes may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
Will I receive proof of my custom design?
Most custom orders include a digital proof before production. If a proof is provided, production will not begin until it's been approved.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a custom or personalized item?
No!
Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we made an error with your order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
*Your order number
*Photos of the damaged item(s)
*Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Gift Cards
Do gift cards expire?
No! Our gift cards do not expire and may be used toward any eligible purchase on our website.
