Every item is handcrafted with care. Because many of our products are handmade, personalized, or custom-made, please read our return policy before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Due to the custom nature of these products, all custom, personalized, made-to-order, and handmade items are final sale.
This includes, but not limited to:
*Custom Apparel
*Personalized tumblers
* freshies & freshie hangers
*Jewelry made to order
*Custom decals & stickers
*Wood Signs
*Cutting Boards
*Personalized gifts
We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready to ship merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if it meets all of the following conditions:
*Unused
*Unwashed
*Smoke-free
*Pet hair free
*In Original condition with tags (if applicable)
*Returned in original packaging whenever possible
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made can error.
Clothing Exchanges
If clothing does not fit, we gladly accept size exchanges on eligible ready-to-ship apparel within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
*Unworn
*Unwashed
*Free of odors, stains, makeup, perfume, smoke, or pet hair
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the incorrect size was sent by us.
Customers are responsible for both return shipping and shipping costs for the replacement item unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please Include:
*Your order number
*Photos of the damaged item(s)
*Photos of the shipping box and packaging
*Photos of the shipping label
Claims submitted after 3 days may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.
Once work has started on a custom order, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method depending on your financial institution.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns of eligible ready-to-ship items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The restocking fee helps cover:
*Payment processing fees
*Inspection of returned merchandise
*Repackaging materials
*Inventory handling and restocking costs
The restocking fee does not apply to:
*We shipped the wrong item
*Your item arrived damaged
*The return is due to an error on our part
The 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund before the refund is issued.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on:
*Freshies
*Earrings
*Custom orders
*Personalized products
*Clearance Items
*Gift Cards
