Handmade Products

Many of our products are handmade and made specifically for each customer.

Because each item is handcrafted, slight variations in color, glitter placement, wood grain, resin patterns, engraving, fabric patterns, scent strength, and finish are normal. These differences make every item unique and are not considered defects.

 

Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

We reserve the right to:

           *Cancel any order at our discretion 

           *Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason 

           *Correct pricing errors,  product descriptions, or inventory mistakes at any time

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to discuss a replacement, store credit, or refund.

 

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)

Prices are subject to change without notice

Applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout where required by law.

Shipping Charges are calculated separately unless your order qualifies for Free Shipping.

 

Payment

Orders will not begin processing until payment has been successfully received.

Failed or declined payments may result in order cancellation.

 

Product Availability 

Although we work hard to keep our inventory accurate, products may occasionally sell out.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders are created specifically for each customer.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded unless the error was made by Dark Horse Arena Dust Co LLC.

Customers are responsible for verifying:

           *Colors

           *Sizes

           *Custom design requests
